Marketing Apprentice

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, I support the Marketing Manager in producing engaging content for our customers. This means sending emails, creating blogs, designing graphics, and doing case studies. It also involves reaching out to customers and keeping in regular contact with them, producing relevant material to support and engage with them.

I have been at CREATE Education for about 8 months now. Before this, I was a full time student studying Business at college. Within the course I studied Marketing and Customer Service which gave me a good insight and understanding of the basics involved in Marketing. 

I was attracted to CREATE Education because the apprenticeship combined the practical experience that I needed alongside continued learning and also gives me the opportunity to gain further qualifications in this field. CREATE Education offered a great environment to work and the chance to be involved in many different aspects of a marketing role.

The best part of the job for both me personally and the customers is the amount of time I get to spend out at events and with customers. For customers, this is great because they get to see what we do first hand and for me, I get to really understand our customers and what they want from us. 

The stand out moment for me, in terms of working at CREATE Education, has been the responsibility I got to have from day one. In my first week, I was thrown in the deep end, attending TCT 3Sixty at Birmingham NEC and that made me sure that CREATE was the right choice for me.

I’m looking forward to completing my apprenticeship, getting my qualifications  and being a fully fledged member of the CREATE team. I hope this will make me ready to take on more responsibility and progress with the company.

As a member of the marketing team, it is important that we are in constant contact with our customers and ensure that we understand their evolving needs. We engage with our customers through relevant and engaging content and we love to hear feedback from our customers about our products and services and how we can best help them going forward.
