Charlie Walker
Having worked as a prototype engineer for the last few years and starting to study a masters in mechatronics, Charlie enjoys all forms of making, including sewing, printing, painting, soldering, woodwork and metalwork.
This has led him to work for Fab Lab London, Fab Foundation UK, Eagle Labs, Lab Central and Bizzie Bodies with projects made for St. Johns Ambulance, Royal Art Academy, prototype Epilepsy sensor, and many more startups.
Having been in workshops for over 12 years, Charlie wants to keep learning new ways to make bigger and better things in easier manners which is where his love of 3D printing comes from.
Outside of work, Charlie volunteers for local STEM charities by providing talks and creating and running workshops in Robotics, electronics, coding, design, 3D printing and basic fabrication.
