Gavin Leggott is one of the owners and Co-Founders of Promake International, along with fellow CREATE Education Ambassador Jason Laing, and runs their South African entity. Gavin is an expert in 3D technologies, Material Science, Development and Manufacturing, his experience with 3D Printing and 3D Scanning started back in 2007.

Promake creates new smart materials sustainably by functionalising and fabricating Graphene for Medical Diagnostic Devices. By collaborating with world-leading academic institutions and commercial organisations, Promake supports diverse industries starting with earth sustainability, healthcare, transport, aerospace, multi-sport, construction, etc

Gavin hopes to see the adoption of 3D printing to become a big part of the schooling curriculum. Having seen this being implemented in the UK and Promake are currently working on a fully certified online platform, where users will be able to learn through smart devices and write exams that way too of which once the students have done this will then have access to all the professional machines on our platform which will help them enter the industry both with knowledge and the services to deliver professional products whether they work for themselves or are employed by a corporate entity.
