Prof. Craig Banks
Craig Banks is the academic lead at PrintCity and is Head of Research and Knowledge Exchange in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Manchester Metropolitan University. He has over 400 scientific papers to his name, 20 patents and 4 books. Craig is ranked in the top 1% of highly cited researchers worldwide; a list that contains no less than 17 Nobel Laureates.
Specialising in multi-disciplinary research, with specific focus upon 3D and 4D printing. Craig and his research team have pioneered the 3D printing of a complete stand-alone battery.
