Product Setup & Technical Training
You will be supported with guides to help you set-up and get started with the technology when you purchase any hardware product from us.
To ensure you embed the technology effectively, we would advise you undertake one of our set-up and technical training options.
Training options currently available include:
- Product Setup/Installation Training (1 hour SKYPE/telephone)
- Product Setup, Maintenance and TroubleshootingTraining (half day face-to-face)
- Full Product Technical Training (full day)
We offer a flexible approach to training which includes:
- Courses hosted by ourselves or our partners at central locations around the country.
- Courses delivered directly at your institution to groups of educators, technicians (and/or students) from your institution or from other local organisations in your network.
All participants will receive a CREATE Education Certificate of Course Completion upon submission of a course evaluation.
Duration: 1 hour (Delivered via Skype or telephone)

- Maintenance, repair and basic troubleshooting
- Product specific software training
- Advice on consumables
- CREATE Certificate of Course Completion
