Resource Overview
In this project, students will design then 3D print their own individual Chocolate Models. The models can then be vacuum formed over to make a mould that can be used to make chocolates.

Project resources include:
- Teacher guide
- Project Presentation
- Vacuum Forming and Making Chocolates Video
- Example Chocolate 3D Models
The project resources have been updated to provide the option to extend the project by adding a graphics element where students investigate chocolate box nets, then design and create their own mini chocolate boxes.
This is a great activity to run in the lead up to celebrations such as Easter, Christmas and Mothers’ Day as it allows students to make gifts to take home. Students could also turn this activity into a business enterprise project by making batches of chocolates and selling them at the school Summer or Christmas fair.
